Punah Sanskar Foundation with the support of IdeaTVNews initiated the PSF Global Humanitarian Award 2020 to honour and felicitate the true heroes of Covid Times.
The main motive of these awards is to show gratitude and honour to the incredible volunteers who have always been contributing to the betterment of humanity especially during these critical Covid times. When the whole world shut down and afraid to step out, these kind hearted stars stepped out to lend a helping hand to the world out there that was battling against Corona. The nomination process for the event started on August 25, 2020.
The honouring ceremony began from October 2nd, 2020 and is slated to be an ongoing process till the end of this year.
All individuals nominated for PSF Humanitarian Award have demonstrated great courage and creativity in their work, the power to inspire others, the ability to lead as well as to follow, and incredible integrity in difficult circumstances. This work must be essentially in one of the following areas: human development, social work, travel and accommodation, lively sustainment, health and medical assistance, environment, education, public policy, food distribution and awareness creation.
